Job Description

Marketing and Design Firm has an immediate need for an Administrative/Marketing Assistant. We are looking for a polished, detail-oriented professional who is eager to utilize their strong administrative skills in a creative environment. This is a growth opportunity. Responsibilities:

  • Draft and proofread correspondence, including memos, emails and company mailings
  • Perform clerical duties: organize and prepare spreadsheets, documents and files
  • AP/AR: process billing data, receipts and expense reports
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed
  • Help with project work to include testing websites, social media help, proofreading, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of strong administrative experience
  • Warm, personable, polished and positive demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write, edit and proofread
  • Excellent ability to multi-task, take initiative, solve problems and balance competing priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Dynamic team player; eagerly anticipates needs and "shifts gears" at a moment's notice
  • Active on social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Photoshop experience is a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Dependable, solid work ethic
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
