Job Description
Marketing and Design Firm has an immediate need for an Administrative/Marketing Assistant. We are looking for a polished, detail-oriented professional who is eager to utilize their strong administrative skills in a creative environment. This is a growth opportunity. Responsibilities:
- Draft and proofread correspondence, including memos, emails and company mailings
- Perform clerical duties: organize and prepare spreadsheets, documents and files
- AP/AR: process billing data, receipts and expense reports
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed
- Help with project work to include testing websites, social media help, proofreading, etc.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years of strong administrative experience
- Warm, personable, polished and positive demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write, edit and proofread
- Excellent ability to multi-task, take initiative, solve problems and balance competing priorities
- Attention to detail
- Dynamic team player; eagerly anticipates needs and "shifts gears" at a moment's notice
- Active on social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Photoshop experience is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Dependable, solid work ethic
- Salary commensurate with experience.
